Disputes and Litigation

Commercial Agreements

We negotiate, draft, and advise clients about written business agreements of all types, including but not limited to leases, service agreements, purchase and sale agreements, supplier and distribution agreements, and licensing agreements. We also advise clients about their rights and responsibilities under such agreements to both prevent disputes from forming and facilitate informed decisionmaking after disputes arise.

Employment Law

We advise and advocate for employers with regard to employment contracts, noncompetition clauses, terminations, wage and hour issues, family and medical leave issues, vacation policies, protected status discrimination, and more. We also assist employers to draft and update policies and employee handbooks.
